The Clarinet Meets Guitar Duo is dedicated to performing and expanding the repertoire for clarinet and guitar and presenting concerts of engaging and diverse musical selections. All of the works on their debut album are transcriptions from the piano and flute repertoire as well as the arpeggione; an obsolete 6 stringed instrument of the early 19th century that is essentially the cross between the cello and the guitar. An unmatched timber, the clarinet and guitar create a magical ambiance that can not be recreated with any other instrumental combination.
